**Please note all photos in this post were taken with a cell phone...not my usual camera, lol (yes, I feel I need that disclaimer)
Our Clickin Moms blog circle challenge this month was "Mobile Phone Photography." And ummmmm, immediately I panicked. Yes, I am a believer that it takes a lot more than a fancy camera to make good photos, but I will admit my camera does allow them to be more clear, focused, and gives me more control to shoot in manual mode. I do use my cell phone (which is NOT an iphone sadly) to take photos for personal memories while out with my kiddos...cute moments etc, but hadn't taken it very seriously up to this point. This month I tried to put a little more thought into my composition. The hardest thing for me was the delay in when I press the button and when the phone decided to actually snap the photos. So the focus was not exactly what I hoped it would be, but I was still a little happy with what we got... considering. ;)

I hear you Lisa! You captured some beautiful images despite your "disclaimer" ;)
ReplyDeleteThese are great! Love the sprinkler photo!!!
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful! I love sprinkler shots!!
ReplyDeleteLisa, these are all fabulous! You got great clarity in them and a fun punch of color too. I especially love the mushroom water feature, great light in that one. And the low perspective on the bridge. My favorite is the 5th one with the kids running through the sprinkler... such a great perspective, interesting light, and fun color. Great job!!!
ReplyDeleteOh I know what you mean about the delay when you go to click the photo....that just annoy's me!!
ReplyDeleteThese are really beautiful and so fun! Especially the ones in the sprinkler! I can hear the laughter and feel the water just looking at the photo!
Incredible clarity and fantastic captures, Lisa! It is hard (for me anyway, ha!) to capture movement with a camera phone but you make it look easy. Love the sprinkler shots!
ReplyDeleteLisa you did a wonderful job this month! I love the light in the water images and I love the lines and perspective in the bridge image. All of these are great, and I think your phone camera has wonderful clarity and I wouldn't have known you have trouble with focus- looks perfect!
